All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including unopened products.

If your order arrives damaged or we send an incorrect item, email official@ruminae.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at our cost, including replacement shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
